When do you want your lights installed?
You’ll need to have your Philips Hue products already at home. Schedule an appointment when you’ve received them, or when you know their delivery date.

Whether purchased online or in a store, your Philips Hue products need to be at your home for installation.
Book a time for installation
Schedule an appointment as soon as you've received your products, or after the estimated delivery date.
OnTech installs your lights
OnTech installation experts will come to your home and install your lights and accessories. They’ll also get everything set up in the Hue app and walk you through it.
